Functional Training

Funktionales Training der zusammenarbeitenden Muskelketten. Durch die Verbesserung von Kraft, Ausdauer, Schnelligkeit, Koordination und Beweglichkeit steigern wir deine Performance im Alltag. Das Schulen von fundamentalen Bewegungsmuster ist ein wichtiger Punkt in diesem Kurs. Die Bewegungen werden gemeinsam oder im Stationsbetrieb durchgeführt.
